Fragmented evidence
Inputs are distributed across documents, meetings, dashboards, email, and expert judgment.
GOVERNED DECISION INFRASTRUCTURE
Circular Deduction is a 6+1 governed state architecture for consequential decisions. Six states govern the decision; +1 Reinsert governs what validated learning is authorized to change. The Decision Cockpit™ makes that architecture operational while preserving Human Authority and a reconstructable Decision Basis Record.
01 · THE PROBLEM
Organizations can reconstruct transactions, tickets, projects, and financial activity. They often cannot reconstruct what was known, assumed, contradicted, authorized, committed, or achieved.
As AI accelerates synthesis, evidence discipline, authority, and accountability must keep pace—or the gap between recommendation and governed commitment widens.
Inputs are distributed across documents, meetings, dashboards, email, and expert judgment.
Recommendations advance without separating verified evidence from provisional belief.
Participation, recommendation, approval, commitment, and risk acceptance are conflated.
Organizations record that action occurred without proving the intended state was achieved.
Those systems can define obligations, constraints, and evidence expectations without automatically creating one operational decision state. At the point of consequential action, organizations still need to know what evidence applies, what contradicts the current basis, who has authority, which gate is active, what is actually committed, and what later evidence should reopen the decision.
02 · THE SOLUTION
The core is stateful, not procedural: a decision advances only when the governing conditions of its current state are satisfied. Each transition changes what the system is entitled to claim about the decision.
03 · PRODUCT ARCHITECTURE
Analyzes, challenges, reconstructs, recommends, and monitors. It cannot authorize, commit, accept risk, or grant itself authority.
Governs identity, evidence state, materiality, authority, release boundaries, and controlled organizational reuse.
Preserves the decision case, authority state, commitments, changed evidence, and basis for reconsideration.
COMMON OPERATING SURFACE
Governed operating surface for the 6+1 architecture. It exposes governed decision state through six consistent control fields and makes cause → state → rationale → trace inspectable.
INTEROPERABILITY & SCALE
Across External Governing Systems, recurring control problems—authority, evidence, governing context, commitment, interoperability, and governed adaptation—create bounded Decision Seams. Circular Deduction governs those seams without requiring the surrounding systems to become Circular Deduction. FEED / HOST / GOVERN / GATE lets attributed inputs participate while Human Authority, commitment, Decision Basis provenance, and later reconsideration remain explicit.
Signals, evidence, scenarios, telemetry, and decision triggers enter without inheriting authority.
Risk, red-team, FMEA, review, and other techniques can operate inside governed states.
Provenance, scope, uncertainty, and intended use remain explicit in the Decision Basis.
Changes to policy, thresholds, workflows, memory, or AI constraints route through +1 Reinsert.
Scalability thesis: the durable asset is governance infrastructure: the 6+1 state architecture, Decision Cockpit™, Decision Basis Record, first-class governance objects, and interface contract—not bespoke analysis or a single standard. ISO/IEC 42001 is a current external-pressure test and prospective assurance path for the bounded AIMS, not the product and not proof of Circular Deduction efficacy.

Public materials describe the operating boundary without exposing controlled implementation details.
GOVERNED INTERFACE LAYER
Circular Deduction does not merely display decision state. Its interaction hierarchy is designed to make the governed path easier to perceive and execute: what state the decision is in, what materially matters now, who has authority, what action is permitted, and what that action will change.
Reduce cognitive burden without reducing governance. Behavioral design remains subordinate to evidence, consequence, accessibility, and Human Authority; it is not an engagement or manipulation layer.
The core IP thesis is statefulness: explicit governed objects, entry and exit conditions, backward transitions, Human Authority, Decision Basis provenance, and a separate Reinsert gate for adaptation. The same operating grammar can be applied across decisions, programs, and organizations without reducing the system to a checklist.
04 · PROVING CONTEXT
Current operator hypothesis: accountable leaders who own the consequences of a decision are the most natural early users. The role, vertical, buying path, and commercial form remain evidence-gated—not fixed.
Built from more than 30 years operating consequential telecommunications and infrastructure decisions under capital, regulatory, cyber, vendor, and service-delivery constraints.
05 · BUSINESS SCALING ARCHITECTURE
Initial pricing / ACV hypotheses — not established economics.
LAND
Decision Review · $15K–$25K
One consequential decision. Initial pricing hypothesis.
HARVEST
Governance pattern · $30K–$75K
Discover recurring governance, evidence, authority, and control patterns. Initial pricing hypothesis.
PRODUCTIZE
Governance Translation / Cockpit · $40K–$100K
Encode recurring patterns into reusable governed workflow, Cockpit controls, and configuration. Initial pricing hypothesis.
EXPAND
Enterprise deployment · $150K–$400K+
Extend the governed core across recurring decision classes, programs, functions, or enterprise scope. Initial pricing hypothesis.
RECUR
Continuing governance infrastructure · $150K–$500K+ ACV
Recurring governed environment and supporting operating relationship. Initial ACV hypothesis; continuing use must be earned.
Initial pricing / ACV hypotheses — not established economics. Circular Deduction is pre-revenue; willingness to pay, stage conversion, realized pricing, delivery cost, margins, retention, recurring revenue, and ACV remain unproven.
06 · CURRENT STATE
PROOF HIERARCHY
Certificate = credibility · prospective scoped assurance proof; not method efficacy
Independent dataset = evidence · baselined external evidence remains a separate gate
Portable architecture = differentiation · prove one governed core across materially different regimes
External adoption = leadership · leadership remains unclaimed until outsiders independently adopt, reuse, or require it
ISO/IEC 42001 = pressure test / prospective assurance path · not the product, certification claim, or regulatory shortcut
Evidence boundary: Circular Deduction is pre-revenue. No paid, production, or client-validated deployment is represented.
07 · DIFFERENTIATION
Advancement depends on governed conditions; a transition changes what may legitimately be claimed about the decision.
Machine assistance may analyze, challenge, and prepare. It does not silently become organizational authority.
External Governing Systems can participate without becoming synthetic authority. Semantic qualification, connection state, and operating evidence remain separate; a mapped relationship is not a live integration, and a live connection is not validation. Precedence remains source-, scope-, and evidence-specific; unresolved material conflict holds rather than being silently normalized.
Extract identifies learning. +1 Reinsert decides what that learning is authorized to change, preserving scope, authority, and trace.
The defensibility hypothesis is one stable governed core across a widening decision surface.
External systems, institutional phenomena, evidence mixes, authority topologies, and commitment objects can vary while the 6+1 architecture, explicit Human Authority, Decision Basis provenance, authorization/execution separation, and Reinsert remain stable.
Differentiation must be earned through observed portability across materially different Decision Seams—not through standards mapping, connector count, taxonomy breadth, or an internal seam catalog.
08 · FOUNDER AND NEXT STAGE
Circular Deduction began with a repeatable but largely tacit founder decision-governance pattern. AI-assisted development helped extract, formalize, challenge, and test that expertise, progressively converting it into a governed architecture designed to become portable beyond the founder.
More than 30 years leading regulated telecommunications and infrastructure operations supplied the initial proving context; the governed architecture is not locked to that vertical.
Qualified external reviews + blind challenge · Gate: recurring decision-problem evidence and a documented change in the decision basis.
Repeat use + cross-context transferability · Gate: more than one consequential workflow survives the method with explicit limitations and reconsideration.
Evidence-earned commercial form + scalable operating pattern · Gate: repeatable use, clear value, and a supportable model without forcing niche, buyer, or pricing structure in advance.
