Circular Deduction™ · About + Contact

Built by an operator. Governed by human authority.

Michael Handy is the founder, Method Owner, and accountable Human Authority for Circular Deduction and ECOS. The work draws on operating experience across telecommunications, infrastructure, program delivery, resilience, and governance.

Employer, Tribal, vendor, and client information remains protected and separate.

Founder and method owner

Michael Handy

Circular Deduction began with a repeatable but largely tacit founder decision-governance pattern. AI-assisted development helped extract, formalize, challenge, and test that expertise, progressively converting it into a governed architecture designed to become portable beyond the founder.

One piece of that tacit founder language is “calculating the logic curves”: tracking how a consequential decision’s reasoning trajectory bends as evidence, contradiction, uncertainty, constraints, authority, and observed consequence change. Circular Deduction externalizes that intuition as a reconstructable Decision Trajectory rather than treating it as hidden judgment.

Professional experience informs the work. No employer, Tribal, vendor, or client deployment, endorsement, outcome, or independent validation is implied.

Accountable human authority

AI assists. People remain accountable.

Aegis may analyze evidence, surface contradictions, stress-test reasoning, and prepare decision material. Methodology, external commitments, release, pricing, client acceptance, residual-risk acceptance, and decision closure remain under accountable human authority.
