Circular Deduction™ · Website Terms of Use

Website Terms of Use

Website use, evaluation permissions and the boundaries of our public demonstrations and inquiry pathway.

Reviewed: October 4, 2026 · Effective date: 4 October 2026 · Status: Published website terms

1. Website scope and engagements

Circular Deduction LLC operates the Circular Deduction website and services. Michael Handy is the Founder, Method Owner, and accountable Human Authority for the matters described in these Terms. These terms address the public Circular Deduction website and its demonstrations. Content explains the method, ECOS governance architecture, Aegis assistance and potential services. It is general information, not legal, financial, engineering, regulatory, security or other professional advice tailored to your situation.

The governed-decision demonstrations within the Decision Cockpit and Decision Biosphere use fabricated evidence and predefined behavior. Their states, scores and gates illustrate the method; they do not validate real evidence, authorize decisions, certify compliance or establish client outcomes. A separate public-safe Evidence Intake form may receive non-sensitive website submissions for human review; submission does not establish accepted evidence, decision authority, an operational Decision Basis Record, or access to a production decision system. The demonstrations do not connect visitors to a live AI model. A temporary trace or downloaded brief is an illustrative session record, not an operational audit trail.

Browsing, using a demonstration, downloading a brief or sending an inquiry does not establish a client relationship or authorize work. An engagement begins only when the parties accept a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and timing. That agreement governs the engagement; these website terms do not replace or amend it.

2. Inquiries, privacy and confidential information

Send only brief, non-confidential context at initial contact. Do not send passwords, identity documents, financial or health records, or confidential, regulated, proprietary, privileged, export-controlled or client-controlled material through the public site or ordinary email. Arrange an authorized channel and any necessary written handling agreement before sharing sensitive information. An unsolicited inquiry alone does not establish a confidentiality agreement. Where legal privilege, litigation exposure, regulatory response, or a counsel-directed process may matter, involve qualified counsel before sharing materials or using Circular Deduction within that process; Circular Deduction does not determine or create legal privilege.

Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your material or give us a blanket license to publish it. The Privacy Notice describes website and email information handling, including possible human-directed AI assistance with correspondence. Its data-use disclosures do not authorize submission of sensitive information through ordinary email.

3. Intellectual property and permitted use

Rights in protectable website text, software, diagrams and visual material remain with their respective owners or licensors. These terms do not expand those rights beyond applicable law or claim copyright in abstract ideas, procedures or methods themselves.

Unless otherwise marked, you may view the public site, use its demonstration controls, share links, and use its demonstration downloads or limited excerpts to evaluate Circular Deduction internally or with advisers and prospective partners. Keep attribution and synthetic or limitation labels intact. This permission applies only to material we are entitled to license.

Circular Deduction™ and other displayed TM designations identify claimed marks; they do not establish federal registration. Third-party names and marks remain their owners’ property. A reference to an organization does not authorize use of its identity or imply a relationship.

Commercial redistribution, incorporation of protected material into resale products or model-training datasets, and other uses outside this permission require written authorization or another lawful basis. Nothing here restricts fair use or other rights available under applicable law. Mentioning confidential implementation material or client information on the site does not make it available or license its use.

4. Human authority and AI

Aegis may assist with analysis, synthesis and preparation. An AI title, mailbox, profile or attribution does not grant independent approval, contractual, spending, risk-acceptance or other binding authority. Circular Deduction LLC is the business and legal party for Circular Deduction website and service activity. Michael Handy, Founder and Method Owner, retains accountable Human Authority for Circular Deduction LLC unless authority is expressly delegated in an applicable written agreement. A visitor’s organization retains responsibility for its own decisions.

5. Availability, reliance and rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and demonstrations are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free or complete content, suitability for a particular decision, or any commercial, regulatory or operational outcome. Content and demonstrations may change, become unavailable or be withdrawn.

You are responsible for assessing the material’s relevance and obtaining qualified advice for consequential decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any warranties, service levels or allocation of liability for an engagement must be addressed in its separate written agreement.

6. External links and references

External links and references provide context. They do not, by themselves, establish endorsement, certification, partnership, sponsorship or client validation. External services have their own terms and privacy practices. A source citation does not establish that the source has reviewed or endorsed Circular Deduction.

7. Prohibited misuse

  • Do not impersonate Circular Deduction, Michael Handy, Aegis or another person or organization.
  • Do not bypass access restrictions or interfere with security, provenance or release controls.
  • Do not remove material synthetic-data or limitation labels, or present a demonstration as a real approval, certification, client result or independently validated record.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt the site, or use automated methods that degrade service or violate applicable law.
